It's all those things. This building is terrible and the air quality can't be good. Plus the stress of work and the mood that has been in place since all the lay offs. It all will make you sick. I have felt the same way. The only good thing about working is leaving at 2:45. I suddenly feel better then. I know you must come alive at that time, when you can go and pick up Jenna.
